I've changed my mind, I'd like to return my order

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Pro Breeze. However, if you’d like to return an item, please follow the steps below. Please ensure your item is returned in good condition with no signs of use or visible damage, as we’re unable to accept

Can I return my order in person?

We don’t have physical stores, so all returns are processed directly through our warehouse. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept in-person returns at this time.

I haven’t received my refund

If you’ve returned your order but haven’t yet received your refund, please send us a photo of your return receipt. Our Customer Care Team will verify that your order has been received in good condition, and once confirmed, your refund will be process

Can you refund me using another payment method?

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
