I haven’t received my refundUpdated 17 hours ago

If you’ve returned your order but haven’t yet received your refund, please send us a photo of your return receipt. Our Customer Care Team will verify that your order has been received in good condition, and once confirmed, your refund will be processed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days and will always be returned to your original payment method.

Please check your bank or card statement to confirm the refund has been received, as incoming payments can sometimes be missed.
