We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Pro Breeze. However, if you’d like to return an item, please follow the steps below.

Please ensure your item is returned in good condition with no signs of use or visible damage, as we’re unable to accept returns of used products.

To start your return, please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us for your refund to be issued.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure the item is securely wrapped and protected to avoid damage in transit.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Pro Breeze and will not be reimbursed once the item is returned.
