My order status indicates 'delivered,' but I have not received itUpdated 10 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order.

If the courier’s tracking shows your parcel as delivered, we’ll need to open an investigation with them to help locate it.

Before we begin, please:

  • Check with your neighbours or anyone else at your address who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

  • If the parcel is still missing, complete the attached Non-Receipt of Goods form.

    • You can fill it out electronically or print and sign it by hand.

Once you’ve completed the form, please send it to us via our contact formEmail or WhatsApp. As soon as we receive it, we’ll start the investigation with the courier and update you as soon as possible.

If your order has since arrived, you don’t need to take any further action.
