The continuous drainage from my Dehumidifier is not workingUpdated a year ago

If your Dehumidifier doesn't extract water through the water hose, please ensure that the hose and the Dehumidifier are positioned at least 15 cm higher than the sink/bucket where the water flows, as our Dehumidifier does not have a water pump.

Additionally, please only use the water hose provided with your product and ensure that the hose runs straight down.
