My product is not turning onUpdated a year ago

We're sorry if your product is no longer turning on. 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps in this case:

• Check that the circuit breaker/ fuse is not tripped or not blown
• Try using a different outlet to rule out an issue with the outlet itself
• Ensure that the power switch or button on the product is in the "on" position. Sometimes, it may have been accidentally turned off
• Allow the product to cool down. Some products have built-in thermal protection mechanisms that can prevent them from turning on when they've overheated. If the product has been in use for an extended period, allow it to cool down before attempting to turn it on again
