My order status indicates 'delivered,' but I have not received it copyUpdated 9 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived.

If the courier’s tracking shows your parcel as delivered, we’ll need to open an investigation with them to help locate it.

Before we begin, please check whether the parcel may have been received by a neighbour or another member of your household.

If it hasn’t, please complete the attached ‘Non-Receipt of Goods’ form. You can fill it out electronically or print and sign it by hand.

Once you’ve submitted the completed form via our contact form, email or WhatsApp, then we’ll start the investigation with the courier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

If your order has since arrived, you don’t need to take any further action.
